This notice explains how Prakryt Technology Services ("Prakryt", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on prakryt.com and in the Sevā AI Agent, Sevā CRM, and Sevā CMS dashboards. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies & Tracking Technologies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. We also use similar technologies — like localStorageand pixel tags — for the same broad purposes. In this notice, "cookies" refers to all of these.
2. The Categories We Use
Keep you signed in, remember your cookie preferences, and load the Sevā chat widget itself. The Services don't function properly without these, so they can't be turned off.
Remember settings like your preferred language or which product tab you last viewed, so you don't have to reset them on every visit.
Tell us which pages are visited and how the site is used in aggregate, so we can find broken flows and improve the product. We use this data in aggregate — it isn't used to build an advertising profile of you.
Used sparingly, mainly to measure whether a campaign that brought you to the site is working. We don't run third-party ad-retargeting pixels by default.
3. Cookies From Others
A small number of cookies on our site are set by service providers we use directly — for example, an analytics provider, or Meta's embedded widgets where a Customer has connected WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger to their agent. Those providers control their own cookies under their own privacy terms; we don't control what they do with the data once collected.
4. Your Choices
Essential cookies are required to keep the site and product working, so they're not optional. For everything else, you can:
- Adjust your cookie preferences using your browser's settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect parts of the dashboard;
- Use your browser or device's "Do Not Track" or global privacy control, where supported — we honour recognised signals where technically feasible;
- Opt out of any marketing cookies specifically via the preferences link in our cookie banner, if one is shown on your visit.
5. Changes to This Notice
We'll update this notice as our use of cookies changes and update the "Last updated" date above. If we introduce a new category of non-essential cookie, we'll ask for your consent before it's set, where required by law.
