Pricing questions
What counts as a conversation?
One continuous exchange between a customer and Sevā — from the first message to the end of the session. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity, so a 10-message back-and-forth still counts as one conversation.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Growth comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll notify you at 80% of your limit. You can upgrade mid-month or buy additional conversations — we never cut off active customers.
Is my data safe?
All conversations are processed on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Data never leaves India. Built with DPDP in mind.
